EDEA E-Spinner with Jump Bands
The EDEA E-Spinner adds a new dimension to training as skaters can now also practice take offs thanks to its special design and the integrated elastic bands. The E-Spinner is for serious skaters who need to practice both spins and jumps.
It will also help improve posture, balance and agility while strengthening the core. It is made of nylon and it can simulate the movements and sensations of the athlete on ice, inlines or quads.
Two integrated bands allow take-off practice and prevent slipping.

How to use the EDEA Spinner:
Use on a hard, smooth, clean surface (but not wood as it may leave marks), and outdoors or in wide spaces for safety reasons. Place your bare foot on the Spinner (with toes toward the wide end). Start turning and try to feel the pressure points and balance. Then push from the free leg and slowly spin.
